My Terms & Policies

By booking a reading service with me, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of Use:

● All readings are strictly confidential, and client information will never be shared with third parties.
● Personal details shared during sessions are treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
● Clients must be 18 years of age or older to request a reading. For clients under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required before proceeding with a reading.
● Clients are strictly prohibited from recording any part of the reading session, including but not limited to audio, video, or written notes, without prior consent from our side.
● Any unauthorized recording or sharing of session content on social media will be considered a violation of privacy and confidentiality and may result in legal action.
● Price Flexibility: Please note that we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

● Readings are performed with honesty, integrity, and compassion.
● I respect the beliefs, backgrounds, and identities of all clients, and I do not discriminate based on age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status.
● I reserve the right to decline any reading that conflicts with my ethical principles or personal boundaries.

● Payment for services is due at the time of booking.
● Payment for services is due at the time of booking and can be made using the following accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
● Refunds are not available once a reading is booked. Clients may reschedule reading sessions in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances from the booking email or contact me through DMs.
● Failure to provide the required notice for rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
● No refunds are provided subsequent to the completion of a reading session.

● If a booking is cancelled, refunds are not eligible. Instead, clients are encouraged to reschedule to an alternative date at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to maintain their booking. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will require payment for a new booking.
● In the event of an emergency, clients should promptly reschedule to another available date. Rescheduling can be done through the booking email or by contacting me via email at [email protected]

● Non-Refundable: Gifted readings are non-refundable once purchased.
● Validity: Gifted readings are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
● Recipient Information: Purchasers must provide accurate recipient details, including full name and email address, for delivery of the gifted reading.
● Transferability: Gifted readings are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other services.
● Refusal of Reading: If the recipient declines or does not accept the reading, cancellations and refunds are not eligible.
● Gift Message: While purchasers have the option to include a personalized message with the gifted reading, Tobseer is not responsible for the content of these messages.

● Tarot readings are open to interpretation and are not absolute.
● Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
● Tarot readings do not replace professional medical, legal, or business advice.
● Your decisions and actions following a reading are solely your responsibility and are not influenced or forced by me.
● I bear no legal liability for any consequences of client decisions based on my readings.
● Use your own judgment and common sense at all times.
● Your reading proceeds under the complete understanding and acceptance of the above.
